The Far Eastern Independent States Alliance (FEISA) has announced a deepening dysfunction in its internal logistics network. In Busan Port, a major port in the southern Korean Peninsula, persistent computer system malfunctions and congestion due to aging port facilities have not improved. Significant delays are now affecting not only rice shipments to Japan but also the transport of various industrial raw materials and precision components. As a result, multiple precision parts factories located in Shimonoseki, Japan, have been forced to halt production lines due to disruptions in raw material supply. This situation has caused severe disarray throughout FEISA's internal supply chain. Specifically, the manufacturing of core electronic components destined for Southeast Asia has begun to be impacted, raising concerns about FEISA's overall export economy. In response to these developments, the Japanese government has dispatched an official document to the Korean government, demanding urgent repairs to port facilities and a comprehensive inspection of the computer systems. The Korean side has countered, asserting that the problem stems from "structural flaws in the outdated infrastructure laid by the United States during the occupation period," further escalating diplomatic friction between Japan and Korea. The FEISA Secretariat is reportedly arranging an emergency ministerial meeting of member states, citing the exposed economic vulnerabilities within the bloc.
