BEIJING – A "minor computational anomaly" within the analog computer system managing grain and preserved food distribution in a provincial city in China's inland Henan Province has escalated, causing widespread malfunctions in the grain storage facility's temperature control system. This malfunction has reportedly led to the deterioration and subsequent disposal of a portion of stored grain. According to multiple sources, the incident has resulted in the temporary suspension or significant delay of specific grain and preserved food rations in the affected region. While reports indicate that residents' daily lives have begun to be impacted, China's Central Ideological Purification Bureau today officially condemned the series of system malfunctions as a result of "attempts by external forces to ideologically contaminate the computational system." The Bureau has instructed the People's Public Security Forces to enhance security around rationing centers and to rigorously suppress any signs of unrest.
