OGAS), which governs transportation logistics. Multiple vessels remain idled at the port, preventing the scheduled shipment of thousands of tons of rare metals. Sources indicate that the central computing core of OGAS has failed to provide optimized loading schedules, leading to reduced operational efficiency of port facilities. This delay is seen as part of the broader transportation paralysis reported across the Soviet Union due to the 'Critical Anomaly' in OGAS, initiating localized economic impacts in the Caspian East region.
