MINSK. A performance by the National Symphony Orchestra at the State Palace of Culture in Minsk, Soviet Union, was temporarily interrupted due to a calculation anomaly attributed to the State Automation System (
OGAS).
Witnesses reported that the orchestra, which typically performs with metronomic precision according to the "optimized conducting program" generated by OGAS, suddenly produced discordant notes and fell out of rhythm. Irregular flickering of musical notation symbols was also observed on the large illuminated display panels managed by OGAS.
This incident follows a recent visual display anomaly during the OGAS Optimized Art Program at Tashkent Central Square, suggesting that OGAS calculation errors are increasingly affecting cultural spheres across the Soviet Union. Palace of Culture officials stated that the incident was part of OGAS's "routine optimization recalculation" and that the situation was swiftly resolved.
