BARCELONA: A reduced-scale performance of what is termed "Convulsive Dance" by the avant-garde art collective "Colectivo Abreviación" was held on the evening of July 11 at "El Zoco Oculto" (The Hidden Market), an unofficial underground theater in Barcelona, northeastern Spain. A limited number of spectators reportedly gathered, seeking temporary escape amidst ongoing food distribution delays and civil unrest in the city. The organizers stated that many performers were unable to participate due to the city's turmoil and deteriorating security situation, necessitating a shorter performance than initially planned.
